How to Care for Your Cutting Board

Cleaning

  • Wash with warm, soapy water after each use.

  • Wipe dry immediately—do not let it soak in water.

  • Never put your board in the dishwasher.

Maintenance

  • Apply food-grade mineral oil or cutting board conditioner once a month (or more if the board looks dry).
